Sales Engineer North-East Italy

In Italy, the company aims to strengthen its sales network by recruiting individuals who combine commercial acumen, technical knowledge, and regional analysis skills.

 

Job Duties:

The candidate will report to the Sales Director for Italy, representing ARI-Armaturen in the North-East region with a technical-commercial approach, and will be responsible for business development in the assigned area, ensuring the operational management of direct customers, the network of agents, and local distributors.

 

In detail: 

  • Represent ARI in North-East Italy
  • Manage relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Provide technical guidance on the best applications for ARI products
  • Develope customized solutions, proactively identifying customer needs
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and seek new business opportunities
  • Collect and share strategic information relating to the relevant market in a structured manner
  • Analyze market trends
  • Provide the internal sales team with the information they need to finalize the sales process
  • Monitor  specific KPIs by compiling company CRM systems and operational reports
  • Oversee the bidding phase, from requirements analysis to the presentation of customized technical solutions

 

Your Profile:
  • Technical training (preferably a diploma or degree in mechanical/thermal engineering).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in plant engineering, industrial valves, and integrated systems.
  • Knowledge of fluid dynamics and industrial plant engineering principles.
  • Knowledge of the local market
  • Excellent command of digital work tools (CRM Systems)
  • Good English skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong results-oriented approach, operational autonomy, and ability to work towards objectives
  • Proactive, dynamic, and problem-solving mindset
  • Residence in Veneto, preferably in the province of Verona or Padua
