Inside Sales and Technical Support (Pennsylvania)

Your duties:- Handle incoming customer service emails and thoroughly evaluate incoming RFQs by analyzing customer specifications and technical data to ensure alignment with our product capabilities.
- Ensure quotes and orders are completed in a timely manner by providing technical product support and quotations as well as product datasheets.
- Provide customer and sales support assistance with both commercial and technical issues and work closely with intercompany departments.
- Assist sales personnel, distributors, and end-users to ensure order accuracy and proper order flow.
- Maintain and update the company’s CRM database and input customer data as required.
- Remain knowledgeable of company’s products, market, industry trends and competitors.
- Promote and maintain a strong customer service image for customers.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all internal and external customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or related field or 3 to 5 years related industrial inside sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in industrial market or related field selling or supporting technical products such as, control valves or control valve automation are required.
- Positive and assertive attitude with excellent outgoing interpersonal skills and ability to work as a part of a team with high work ethic, be detail oriented and have a strong commitment to personal development and learning.
- Ability to manage high volume, multiple competing priorities and customer requests, while always maintaining a positive, courteous and professional attitude.
- Must be able to work independently and have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to proficiently communicate technical concepts and designs clearly both orally and in writing.
- Intermediate computer proficiency in windows environment, word, excel, outlook email application and CRM databases.
- Knowledge of equal percentage or liner control valves, electric actuation, steam or process equipment and valve sizing software is a plus.
- Experience in field technical support is a plus.
- Ability to speak Englis is a must and the ability to speak Spanish or German would be considered a plus.
- Must always have a current and valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to physically lift up to 25 lbs.
