We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Coordinator to join our team and serve as a vital link between our human resources function and business units. This role is designed to support and influence business leaders by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, fostering a people-focused culture, and driving effective talent management practices.
Your Duties:Act as a key HR leadership point within the organisation, being responsible for coordinating the HR team, overseeing the day-to-day execution of HR activities, setting priorities, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring the effective delivery of HR processes and initiatives in alignment with the company’s business and people strategy.
In Detail:
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand their business objectives and workforce needs
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and extending job offers
- Conduct onboarding programs for new employees
- Develope and implement HR management tools
- Manage job and salary programs of the company
- Identify training and development opportunities, and support change management processes
- Monitor and evaluate the results of training programs, as well as propose improvements to the process
- Drive people-related initiatives to enhance overall employee satisfaction and performance
- Analyze HR metrics to deliver insights that enhance decision-making
- Collaborate with Bermo- & ARI-management and external vendors to achieve the organization's strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor degree or higher in HR, economics, psychology, people management or similar
- min. 3-5 years of experience in a similar Leadership HR role with a strategic background
- Knowledge of Brazilian labor law and regulations
- Strong communicative skills in Portuguese and English
- Hands-on personality with a proven track record in implementing HR projects
